The majority of walks start from the Upper Church Hall building in Prestatyn (grid ref: SJ 067 828) and the main public car park is accessible from the High Street which is one way to traffic. Proceeding up the High Street look out for the Boots Store on the right hand side at which point you turn left and after about 100m turn right just before public library, following signs to car park. The lower car park is a pay zone but the upper one, which is adjacent to Upper Church Hall is free.

Brickfield Pond (grid ref: SJ 014 802) is situated on the south side of Rhyl and is accessible from Rhuddlan using the A547 travelling north past large retail park on left hand side. At roundabout with Fordd Derwen Pub on left turn left onto Ffordd Derwen road and gated entrance to Brickfield Pond public car park is just after the school.

Bwlch Pen Barras-Moel Famau (grid fef: SJ 161 600) Can be approached from Mold or Ruthin on the A494(T) – look out for signs to Moel Famau Country Park, Bwlch Pen Barras Car Park (pay & display) is at top of hill.

Denbigh Library (grid ref: SJ 052 661) This walk starts from Denbigh Library which is situated in Hall Square adjacent to the Museum & Gallery in centre of town. Car parking is limited at the library but there are several pay & display car parks within easy walking distance of start point.

Drovers Arms (grid ref: SJ 233 646) The Drovers Arms pub is situated just outside Mold town centre on the A541 Mold to Denbigh Road and parking is available at the pub.

Dyserth Waterfall (grid ref SJ 056 793) Situated in the village of Dyserth which is just off the A547 Prestatyn to Rhuddlan road. Free car park located adjacent to Church and Waterfall.
